Table d'Hôtes at the Château
With spring now upon us, we're cooking up a storm using the very freshest of this season's vegetables and fruit, all sourced locally.
As always, the meals served in our elegant dining room are accompanied by delicious wines from the surrounding Minervois vineyards.
Light and welcoming, the restaurant features a floor-to-ceiling glass wall overlooking the château's grounds and secret 'tunnel'.
3-course menu (not including drinks): €29 per person
Children's menu: €12 (main, desert, drink)
Menu of the day, created by our chef Lunda Wearn, can beserved in your suite or in the restaurant.
Menu, 13th of April
Asparagus salad and eggs 'en cocotte'
Lamb shank, red wine, thyme and garlic sauce, white bean purée and vegetables
Cod with tomatoes, capers, parsley and potatoes
Date cake with toffee sauce
Goat's cheese with mountain honey
The restaurant is open saturday night untul the 14th of April, 2018.
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Special menus and dietary alterations should be reserved at least 72 hours in advance.
