A superb wine list of the best of the surrounding Minervois wine region accompanies the cuisine served - to be enjoyed in the chateau’s elegant dining room.
The restaurant’s tall windows overlook the estate’s lush park and the tunnel that leads to the vineyard. In summer, the restaurant spills out onto a sunny terrace - where you can enjoy the tastes of the Med.
From May 1st, the restaurant will be open a lunchtime and in the evenings, from Wednesday to Sunday. The restaurant will be cloed Mondays and Tuesdays.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Thursday through to Sunday, and only open for dinner from Monday to Wednesday.
